Virtual Raffle Example

Elon Performing Arts hosts an annual fundraiser concert benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Hannah was the Assistant Director for the project in 2020 and was then “promoted“ to Artistic Director from 2021-2022. Every year there is a raffle with items donated by alumni of the performing arts program. As acting Artistic Director, Hannah had to put the raffle together. In 2021, with the pandemic still at an all-time high, the entire performance had to go virtual along with the raffle. She had to coordinate raffle donations, entires, and prize distribution.
